Vlakbij het centrum van het gezellige kunstenaarsdorp Bergen NH bieden wij deze zeer luxueuze en comfortabele tussenwoning aan. Het huis heeft een voortuin en een omheinde achtertuin met achterom en schuur. Openbaar parkeren is gratis. Bergen huisvest daarnaast één van de negen Europese scholen van Europa. Er wordt gedoceerd in het Frans, Engels en Nederlands. Het ook mogelijk in andere talen van de Europese Unie zoals Duits onderwijs te krijgen.

Via de hal komt u in de zeer ruime en lichte woonkamer met open keuken.

De keuken is volledig uitgerust met onder andere een afwasmachine, combi-oven, koelkast, vriezer, 5 pits gaskookplaat en afzuigkap.

De tweede hal met separaat toilet geeft toegang tot de zonnige tuin en de trap naar de eerste verdieping.

De tuin is volledig omheind en heeft een achterom en schuur.

Op de eerste etage bevinden zich twee grote slaapkamers met inbouwkasten, een ruime inloopkast en een luxe badkamer met douche, toilet en wastafelmeubel.

De ruime inloopkast kan ook worden gebruikt als bijvoorbeeld babykamer.

Op de derde etage bevindt zich de derde slaapkamer met veel kastruimte.

Bergen is een levendig kunstenaarsdorp met veel voorzieningen zoals restaurants, winkels en sportfaciliteiten. (voetbal, golf, hockey, tennis, manege, zwembad)

Het dichtstbijzijnde NS Station bevindt zich in Alkmaar (ca. 4 km). Amsterdam en de Luchthaven Schiphol liggen op ca. 45 autominuten verwijderd.

Close to the center of the charming artist village of Bergen we offer this very luxurious and comfortable terraced house. The house has a front garden and an fenced backyard with a back entrance and shed. Public parking is free. Bergen is also home to one of the nine European Schools. Instruction is provided in French, English, and Dutch. It is also possible to receive instruction in other European Union languages, such as German.

Through the hall you enter the very spacious and bright living room with open kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, combi oven, refrigerator, freezer, 5-burner gas hob and extractor hood.

The second hall with separate toilet gives access to the sunny garden and the stairs to the first floor.

The garden is completely fenced and has a back entrance and shed.

On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with build-in wardrobes, a spacious walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

The spacious walk-in closet can for example also be used as a baby room.

The nearest NS Station is in Alkmaar (approx. 4 km). Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport are approximately 45 minutes by car.
