We stappen als eerst het voormalig charmante stuurhuis binnen. Hier kan je een heerlijke werkplek creëren, maar het is ook een plek om lekker te borrelen met vrienden, uitkijkend over de Amstel. De woonkamer met openkeuken betreed je via een trap naar beneden. Door de ramen in het dak van de woonboot heeft de hele woonkamer veel natuurlijk lichtinval wat een zomers gevoel geeft. De woonkamer heeft een houten visgraat vloer, veel authentieke detail en met de houtkachel straalt dit luxe uit en geeft het een warm gevoel. Lekker tv kijken op de bank welke onder het stuurhuis is gelegen of tafelen aan de moderne open keuken? Het kan hier allemaal! De keuken heeft een kookeiland en is van alle gemakken voorzien. De kleur van de keuken is chique brons/ goud en is handig geplaatst. Zo vormt de grote keukenwand met combi magnetron, koelkast/vriezer een goede afscheiding naar het achterste gedeelte van de woning. Aan de achterzijde van de kast tref je ruimte voor een wasmachine/droger.

De slaapkamers tevens voorzien van een houten visgraatvloer bevinden zich aan beide kanten van de badkamer. De eerste slaapkamer ligt tussen de keuken en de badkamer. Deze slaapkamer is zeer ruim en heeft dus ook genoeg opbergruimte en ruimte voor eventueel een bureau. De tweede slaapkamer bevindt zich achter de badkamer en heeft net zoals de woonkamer veel natuurlijke lichtinval door de ramen in het dak.

Het schip heeft een ligplaats van de gemeente Amsterdam, in gebruik op basis van een ligplaatsvergunning. Er wordt liggeld betaald aan de gemeente, momenteel een bedrag van € 1.582,- per jaar.

Een gunstige bijkomstigheid: er hoeft geen overdrachtsbelasting betaald te worden. Voor de overdracht dient een notaris gekozen te worden die ervaring heeft met woonboten.
